Minimum Qualifications

To qualify for the platform, you must meet the following criteria:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical: Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Vehicle: Must own or lease a vehicle (sedan, SUV, pickup truck, cargo van, or box truck) with a model year of 2004 or newer (no salvage titles) that can pass a vehicle inspection.
• Equipment: General load securement items (e.g., straps, moving blankets, a hand truck) may be required for certain larger delivery requests.
• Documents: A valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and state-compliant auto insurance.
• Background Check: Must clear a background check and driving history screening.
• Tech & Banking: An Android or iPhone capable of running the latest version of the app, and a checking account for direct deposits.
